As the pandemic took hold across the US, it became clear that there would be additional demand for outdoor spaces throughout the summer. In order to accommodate to this, an existing grill patio was more than doubled in size to allow for safe outdoor gatherings. A small garden was added with shrubs and flowers for future privacy and natural cohesion, and a Belgium block perimeter provides a finished look. A portable fire pit allows the space to be used long into the fall and mood lighting helps define the space.
